30-Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This applies to unopened products.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@trygilbys.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (opened is fine, but the packaging must be included).
  • Free promotional items or gifts included with your order must also be returned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or issue.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  3. You may not need to return the damaged item — we will advise on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it under our standard return policy once received.
