30-Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This applies to unopened products.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at support@trygilbys.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (opened is fine, but the packaging must be included).
- Free promotional items or gifts included with your order must also be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- You may not need to return the damaged item — we will advise on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it under our standard return policy once received.
